Rain Ending this Evening

The low pressure system which gave the mixed bag of precipitation to the region will move to our east tonight. Checking the wind direction and barometric pressure, I would say it is just south of or barely to the east of Halifax at this hour.

High pressure builds in tomorrow and sticks through the weekend giving us a stretch of good weather, something we haven't had too much of lately.

The system for later Monday I mentioned yesterday is no clearer tonight, we will continue to keep on eye on it.

The forecast for Halifax,

Tonight rain ending this evening then a chance of flurries overnight. L -2

Thursday cloudy with a chance of flurries in the morning and early afternoon. H 0

Friday a mix of sun and cloud. L -7 H -4

Saturday a mix of sun and cloud. L -11 H -6

Sunday sunny. L -11 H -4

Monday partly cloudy. L -8 H -3

Tuesday partly cloudy L -4 H 0
